We currently offer shipping to the following regions:
- United States: All 48 contiguous states.
- International Shipping: We are currently not available to offer free International shipping. Please contact customer service for more details regarding specific request.

- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all e-bikes within the contiguous United States.
- International Shipping: International orders may be subject to additional shipping fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Accessories: Shipping costs for accessories or parts will vary depending on the weight and destination.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after purchase confirmation.
Please allow additional processing time during holidays or peak periods.
4. Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping (Contiguous U.S.): Orders typically arrive within 15 business days after processing.
- International Shipping: Delivery times for international shipments vary based on destination and customs processing. Please expect 7-21 business days for international deliveries.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status and estimated arrival of your package.
6. Shipping Carriers

For lost shipments, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will coordinate with the carrier to locate or replace your order.
