3. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping to select regions. Standard shipping rates apply, and additional charges may apply for certain locations or expedited shipping. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. BLULANS is not responsible for lost or damaged goods once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

4. Returns and Refunds

You may return your e-bike or accessories within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

5. Warranty

BLULANS e-bikes come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects for 2 years. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. For more details on our warranty policy, please refer to our Warranty Page.

6. Limitation of Liability

BLULANS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Dispute Resolution
